Brain Injury Specialist Certification
Classes August 7-8, 2008, Lincoln
Madonna Rehabilitation Hospital and the Traumatic Brain Injury Advisory Council are sponsoring a free 2-day class for professionals interested in being certified. This comprehensive training on acquired brain injury is open to any interested professional, even if you do not wish to apply for certification. It is fast-paced and interactive. To be eligible for this certification, one must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 1 year full-time or 2 years part-time current experience working directly with individuals with brain injury.
The study guide "The Essential Brain Injury Guide" is also available for purchase by applicants. The deadline for application with the current group is July 18, 2008. Testing will be offered immediately following the training on August 8, 2008.
